Swizz Beatz, Timbaland and trill announced the settlement of their legal dispute over the sale of VERZUZ.

“VERZUZ has always been a platform by artists, for artists and with people,” say founders Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. “We are excited to reach an amicable settlement with Triller and continue to bring fans the music and community they have come to know and love from the brand.”

The settlement increases the ownership interests of the artists who brought Timbaland & Swizz Beatz to Triller as part of the original deal.

“VERZUZ and Triller will always be a safe place and outlet for creators and their art. Nothing will change about that,” says Bobby Sarnevesht, Executive Chairman & Co-Founder. “Creators started with this and will continue to build it.
