Lifestyle Development Firm Acquires 9 Sites, $2B in Residential Development Underway

Houston-based Vero Sade seeks to improve the way people live by creating experiential, design and wellness-centric environments that simultaneously encourage individuality and community. Founded in 2021 by forward-thinking private equity and real estate investment veterans Daniel Bassichis and Yoni Sade, the vertically integrated lifestyle development company leverages a successful decades-long background spanning commercial real estate and private clubs to hospitality and retail to deliver unique experiences for customers and efficiency for its investors.

“The events of recent years have left our society highly fragmented and divided, which reinforces the value of human connection,” Sade said. “We see Vero Sade as an innovative, lifestyle-oriented platform that reinvents and promotes human interactions and connections. Our long-term vision is to thoughtfully and efficiently introduce a series of unique concepts, ranging from hospitality and living to retail, that bring people together through space, design, technology, personalization and programming.”

“Vero Sade’s vertically integrated model bypasses supply chain fragility and will allow us to deliver a more curated and higher quality product in less time and without compromising on quality or aesthetics,” adds Bassichis.

To advance concepts that it will design, develop, build and in some cases operate, Vero Sade has quietly acquired prime locations and land across the country for its various brands, which will include member clubs, gyms, retail, residential and hospitality. However, initial efforts will focus on assets in the multi-family housing sector. To date, the Vero-Sade pipeline includes $2 billion in residential development and approximately 4,500 units planned in the Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Orlando metro areas.

In addition to co-founding Vero Sade, Yoni Sade is Chairman of Sade Capital, which specializes in the acquisition, development and management of multi-family and individual assets and offers full-service core, core-plus, value-add and special investment options Situation real estate opportunities. Daniel Bassichis is a Goldman Sachs graduate and co-founder of New York and Texas-based Vero (formerly Admiral Capital Group), a 15-year-old investment firm that aims not only to create value, but also to make positive social impact. His business partner is well-known philanthropist, Olympic gold medalist and Basketball Hall of Famer David Robinson.
